The App

Learn Materia is a kindergarten practice-sheet application for macOS, developed by 941 Apps, LLC. You may use the App for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these terms and Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

Educational content

Learn Materia provides practice material on an accelerated, Core-Knowledge-inspired kindergarten sequence. It is a practice tool for use with a parent — it is not a school, a credentialed curriculum, or a substitute for classroom instruction, and outcomes vary by child.

Printing and documents

Generated practice sheets are yours to print and use at home. They may not be resold or redistributed commercially.

Warranty disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We work hard to make it reliable, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 941 Apps LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the App or this website.

Changes

We may update these terms; the current version will always be posted here with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
